The historical Tardis has arrived!
Visitors from the University of Nottingham brought a very exciting 'Tardis' into School today! It helped us travel back to the Roman era! Inside were lots of articfacts from the Roman period, clothing to try on, money to touch and feel and numerous activities to partake in.
Due to everything being so old and precious we had to handle everything with great care and respect.

Hazel and Olive Class Adventurers!
Today was the first of many joint outings with Olive Class and we had a great time!
Following our maps, we all walked down to Lenton Park, remembering to look out for all the points of interest on the way there. Once we arrived at Lenton Park we had loads of activities to do! Working in small groups we all had a play on the park, explored the park for signs of Autumn and used up lots of energy playing ball games, improving our coordination, balance and agility!

Language Day
Today we have been learning lots of different Languages!
We have had students from the local collage helping us learn Spanish this morning, Alessandro's Mummy taught us some Italian this afternoon AND some of the amazing children in Hazel Class have become teachers and taught some of us Arabic!
As you can see from the photo's below we have had a great time! We even set up an Italian Role Play Café, Ms Barrett was very impressed with our play-doh cupcakes.
